NYC and NJ Licensed Therapists for Anxiety / Mindful Mental Health Counseling
You’re here because anxiety is taking up too much of your energy.
At Mindful Mental Health Counseling, we know what living with anxiety feels like.
Anxiety can show up as:
- Your mind jumping ahead to worst-case scenarios
- Replaying conversations and decisions long after they’re over
- Feeling tense, on edge, or unable to fully relax
- Avoiding things you care about because it feels overwhelming
- Trying to think your way out, but still feeling stuck
You want to finally feel calm in your mind and at ease in your body.
At Mindful Mental Health Counseling, we provide online therapy for adolescents and young adults in their 20s and 30s navigating anxiety and related concerns, including depression, OCD, perfectionism, and people-pleasing, throughout New York and New Jersey. Therapy with us gives you a space to talk openly without judgment, notice anxious thoughts without being controlled by them, and take small, meaningful steps toward feeling calmer and more settled in your daily life.
Individual Therapy
/ One-on-One Support for Your Needs
Individual therapy gives you a safe space to slow down your thoughts, untangle patterns of anxiety, and explore challenges that often come alongside it, like perfectionism, people-pleasing, low mood, or compulsive behaviors. In our sessions, you’ll learn practical ways to calm your mind, settle your body, and approach life with more confidence.
Each session meets you where you are, helping you take small, meaningful steps toward feeling steadier and more in control. Therapy provides a space to be fully heard, try new strategies, and build lasting skills to handle challenges that used to feel overwhelming.
Group Therapy
/ Support and Connection with Others Who Understand
Group therapy gives you the opportunity to connect with others who truly understand what it’s like to live with anxiety and related challenges. In this supportive setting, you can share your experiences, hear different perspectives, and practice coping strategies together.
Being part of a group can help you feel less alone, gain encouragement, and build confidence as you try new ways of responding to worry and stress. Each session is guided to make sure everyone feels safe, supported, and able to grow at their own pace.
