Combat Anxiety with Mindfulness

Therapists Based in NYC + NJ

We put mindfulness at the center of our treatment.

Through a hands-on and collaborative approach, we use a combination of evidence-based therapeutic techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) depending on your individualized needs and treatment goals.

We also incorporate mindfulness with all clients — enabling you to become more mindful of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

Mindful Therapy Solutions for New Yorkers and New Jersey Residents

Mindful therapy helps eternally busy New Yorkers and New Jersey residents slow down and manage their minds.

Mindfulness is the practice of being aware in the present moment with judgment-free curiosity, openness and self-compassion. When practiced as a means to help manage anxiety, mindfulness can:

  • Regulate your nervous system
  • Help combat worry about the future
  • Enable you to separate yourself from your thoughts (and just observe them)
  • Reduce rumination
  • Improve your ability to manage stress
