Gianna became a therapist after her own experience with the transformative benefits of therapy.

She’s been where you are, and knows firsthand what it feels like to seek support, validation, and the skills needed to make effective change. Gianna started her therapy practice to offer her NY and NJ-based neighbors the same compassion, space, and practices to her clients as she helps them navigate young adulthood.
