About Gianna LaLota, LMHC, LPC

Gianna LaLota, LMHC, LPC founded Mindful Mental Health Counseling in 2023.  Her hands-on, collaborative approach to therapy positions her to be a warm, compassionate, and engaging therapist for young adults. As a licensed yoga and meditation teacher, she incorporates mindfulness into her work with all clients to promote a mindful awareness of thoughts, emotions and behaviors.
